StrangeLove Smoked Cola – Cola, made from scratch with pulpy Australian lemons, cane sugar, kola nut, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg and lime oil is different and delicate in every way. And, just when you thought it was job done, we turned around and smoked it – blending our cola with spring water smoked over Applewood chips.
Using smoked water – as opposed to a liquid smoke flavouring – allowed for a gentle, nuanced smoky top note that builds upon the delicate aromatics without becoming dominant or overpowering.
Everything is better smoked.
