A sparkling rosé with soft red fruits and creamy smokiness, and a delicate aromatic finish. MURI Yamilé is refreshingly dry and approachable but with playful flavour complexities and vinous funkiness. Whole raspberries are used here and honey is also used to create a ‘mead’, which we infuse with rhubarb that is lacto-fermented and then smoked over beechwood. The smokiness and background spice give the blend a funky vibrancy that is not common in sparkling roses
