Sparkling and refreshing with bright acidity and a heady nose of flowers, honey and ripe fruits. MURI Passing Clouds is dry but with multiple dimensions of flavors and a vinous funkiness. Our original blend, named after a once-eponymous venue in London’s East End, is ethereal, uplifting, and perfect for celebrations. We were originally looking for the same brioche flavor that is common in champagne, which is where the kvass element was developed by us. The quince, geranium and jasmine elements are all intended to give the blend a profound florality.
