In the unlikely event that the goods received are faulty or defective, not as ordered or not of acceptable quality, please reach out to us via Whatsapp with photos of the products received, and we will attend to the situation as soon as possible.
Due to hygiene purposes, return or exchange are not allowed. If you should encounter any abnormality with the items you received, do let us know on the same day the delivery was made, and we will replace the goods within 7 days.
All purchased items are strictly non-refundable. Any cancellation of orders prior to delivery will be subject to 10% service fee of your order. We reserve the right to reject or refuse any return or exchange of goods in absence of proof of purchase.
